All COD orders are shipped using third-party courier services. Once the order is dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery scheduling and transit are managed by the courier partner. While we closely coordinate with them, delays or delivery issues arising from courier operations or customer availability are beyond our direct control.
If a delivery issue occurs due to an error on our side during dispatch, the advance payment may be reviewed for refund after verification. Each case is assessed individually, and the final resolution is determined by our team based on the situation.
